I believe the Bible to be the inspired, inerrant Word of God. That it should be taken literally unless it instructs otherwise.
That Jesus Christ is God Incarnate, became man to fulfill a destiny on our behalf, was crucified, buried, and bodily resurrected, is presently seated on His Father’s Throne, and will soon return to establish His Kingdom on the Earth.
I believe as it states in Ephesians 2:8-9 NKJV “For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast.”
I take the study of the Word of God seriously by emphasizing the importance of being precise in every word and doctrine. My aim is to be like the Bereans in Acts 17:11 NKJV “These were more fair-minded than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness, and searched the Scriptures daily to find out whether these things were so.”
I believe in challenging damaging and heretical doctrines and that in doing so it is not “judging” others. As a believer in Christ, it is my job to judge false doctrines and actions for purposes of evaluation, not personal condemnation. Only God can see a person’s heart and with his perfect knowledge, He alone has the right and authority to judge to condemnation.
